Zelma Josetta "Ree Ree" Wall, age 45, 1022 Pennsylvania Ave., passed away Friday, March 15, 2013 at her residence. She was born in Erie, Pa., on September 8, 1967, daughter of James Arrington and Anna Mobley Wall, both of Erie. She was a lifelong resident of Erie. She was employed as a Care Aide for Westlake Woods Assisted Living Community and had previously been employed at JTM Foods. Zelma enjoyed music, dancing, crocheting, solving word search puzzles, dabbling in cooking and was a great people person. She was a homebody and loved family gatherings. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Lonnie and James Wall and her paternal grandparents, Thomas and Lucille Thomas. She leaves to cherish her memory seven sons, Steve and Shawn Smith, Gerald, Darrel and Loron Johnson, Jimmy and Davon Wall; three daughters, Shenell Stepp, Talisha Smith and Shaquanna Johnson; five brothers, Prince, Larry, Raymond and William Wall and Fermondo Arrington; a sister, Debra Wall; best friend, "Tee Tee" Burns; close friends, Chris Allen and Tasha; 27 grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., at House of Prayer Missionary Baptist Church, 155 E. 21st St. A service will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Michael Cole officiating and Elder Howard Plunkett of Greater Calvary Full Gospel Baptist Church eulogizing. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
