Matthew P. Hudick, age 36, of Millcreek, died on Monday, April 9, 2012, at UPMC Pittsburgh. He was born on March 31, 1976 to Robert J. Hudick of Millcreek and Carol Richert Hudick of Girard. Matthew graduated McDowell High School in 1994 and loved college football and basketball. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Michael and Bernice Hudick and maternal grandparents, William and Mignon Richert. He is survived by his wife of ten years, Tiffany Stoffan Hudick, whom he married July 26, 2002 at Elmwood Presbyterian Church; daughters, Emily and Melanie Hudick; brothers, Jeffrey Hudick and wife, Karin, of Jeanette, Pa., Daniel Hudick and fiancée, Sarah, of Millcreek, and James Hudick of Millcreek; also several aunts, uncles, cousins, and nephews. Friends may call at the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake Street, North East on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and are invited to attend a funeral service on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Officiating Rev. Franklin Klein. Private interment Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
