Frank P. Fava, age 90, of Harborcreek, passed away Friday, April 27, 2012 at Golden Living Center Western Reserve. He was born on December 17, 1921, in Erie, son of the late Frank and Philomena Piercio Fava. Frank retired from Penn Central Railroad and the Erie City School Board. A long time member of St. James R.C. Church, Frank was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in WWII. Preceded in death by his wife Bernice Pistory Fava in 2007 and his brothers and sisters. Frank is survived by his daughters, Ann Lettis of Rochester, N.Y. and Doreen Thompson of Harborcreek; four granddaughters, Michelle Nystrom of Arlington, Texas, Kimberly Hogle (C. Patrick) of Rochester, N.Y., Deanna Peddicord (Brian) of Moncks Corner, S.C. and Chelsie Doan of Summersville, S.C.; Four great-grandchildren, Amanda Boutwell, Alexis Hogle, Curtis Anderson and Caleb Dolan. Friends may call at the Dusckas Funeral Home, Inc., East, 2607 Buffalo Road on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and are invited to attend a Prayer Service there on Tuesday at 10 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. James R.C.
