Craig Joseph Baierski Jr., 70, of Erie, passed away Sunday, April 29, 2012 at Edinboro Manor after a brief illness. He was born September 26, 1941 in Erie, son of the late Craig and Emma (Schmidt) Baierski. Craig graduated from Academy High School in 1959 and worked at Automated Industrial Systems in Erie. He was a member of several car clubs throughout the area and was an avid enthusiast for MOPAR, known to most people as "Mr. MOPAR". He is survived by a son, MSgt USMC (Ret.) Craig Fried and his wife, Melissa, of Jacksonville, N.C., two grandchildren, Justin Fried and Shelby Fried, two sisters, Barbara Smith of Waterford and Carolyn Lipinski and her husband, Jon, of Fairview, a step-brother, Joseph Felice and his wife, Debbie, of Erie, and his former wife and friend for life Joanne Wagner of Millcreek. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews and cousins.
