Emma I. Genske Rapp, 98, formerly of Erie and Sheffield, Pa. died Monday, May 7, 2012 in Jamestown. She was the widow of Edward Rapp. The funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Christ Chapel at Lutheran Social Services, 715 Falconer St., Jamestown, N.Y. 14701.
