Patricia Warren Martinson, age 78, of Erie, died on Monday, June 18, 2012 at St. Vincent Medical Center. She was born in Buffalo, N.Y. on August 2, 1933 a daughter of the late John and Ellen Moses Warren. Patricia was a graduate of Cuba Central High School in Cuba, N.Y. She retired after 20 years of service from St. Vincent Health Center, where she was a Clerical Supervisor in the Radiology Department. She was a member of Elmwood Avenue Presbyterian Church and volunteered at the Senior Center. Patricia loved to crochet. She also enjoyed playing games of all kinds, especially cards, and was always happy in whatever she did. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Vernon C. Martinson in 2000, two sons; Steven Craig and Paul Martinson, one daughter-in-law Carol Martinson and one grandson Paul Martinson. She is survived by four sons; Bruce Martinson and his companion Destine Baumann of Erie, Craig Martinson of Bisbee, Ariz., Jon (Nanci) Martinson of Cambridge Springs and Steve (Sherri) Martinson of Cypress, Texas, two daughters; Vicki (Scott) Reynolds of Clymer, N.Y. and Julie (Darryl) Machinski of Erie, 23 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Patricia is further survived by two brothers; John Warren of Denver, Colo. and William (Isabel) Warren of Cuba, N.Y., one sister Sue (William) Barber of Amherst, N.Y. and many nieces, nephews and "adopted" children and grandchildren. Friends may call at the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home Inc., 5000 Wattsburg Rd., Erie, PA 16504 on Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and are invited to services there on Thursday morning at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
