Kenneth Preston, age 58, of Harborcreek, passed away Monday, June 18, 2012. He was born in Wilkinsburg, Pa. on July 10, 1953, son of the late Arthur and Margaret Preston. Ken retired from General Electric Co. after 36 years of service. He was a member of Our Lady of Mercy R.C. Church and the North East Gun Club. He enjoyed his Corvettes and was a past member of the Presque Isle Corvette Club. Ken especially enjoyed time with his family. He is survived by his wife Monica Socash Preston; one son, Kenneth A. Preston, Jr. (Kanchana) of Melbourne, Fla.; and two sisters, Donna Balmer of Phoenix, Arizona and Cindy Wheaton of Erie; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Preston. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at Our Lady of Mercy R.C. Church on Saturday at 11 a.m. Interment will be private.
