Rev. Joseph A. Maryland, age 101, passed away on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at St. Mary's at Asbury Ridge. Rev. Maryland was the oldest tenured Priest in the Catholic Diocese of Erie. A full obit will run in the Thursday edition of the Erie Times-News. Friends may call at St. Mary's at Asbury Ridge, 4855 West Ridge Road, on Saturday from 9 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. with the Most Reverend Donald W. Trautman, Bishop of Erie, as celebrant. Interment, Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by the Dusckas Funeral Home, Inc., East, 2607 Buffalo Road.
