Betty J. "Betsy" Sutter, age 64, formerly of Phillipsville Rd., Wattsburg, fought cancer for 7 years and went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, July 21, 2012, passing away at her best friend's (Stephanie and Bill Ridondelli) residence. She was born in Erie on April 14, 1948, a daughter of the late Howard and Edna Winschel Sutter. She graduated from Harborcreek High School and worked for Glenn Electric, retiring in 2008. She enjoyed reading and crossword puzzles and loved animals and watching birds. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Jennifer Saunders and a brother, Gary "Schnee" Sutter. She is survived by a grandson, Dustin Sutter and his parents, Jeff and Angela Sutter; a sister, Kitty Moore; and a brother, Howard "Skip" Sutter and his wife, Rose; and several other nieces and nephews.
