Linda L. Grucza

Linda L. Grucza, age 62, of Erie passed away on August 4, 2012 after a lengthy illness. Born on April 12, 1950, in Erie, she was the daughter of the late John Harry and Norma Joyce (Coursey) Krantz. She was a graduate of Tech Memorial and attended Edinboro University. She was a member of 12-Step Group Al-Anon. She was co-owner with her sister of the Clanimal Zoo sculpture studio and was a professional sculpture and artist. She was also was a comic book editor for her fiancée, Mike Bocianowski. Linda loved animals, art, gardening, sewing, painting and was extremely creative. Above all was her love for her daughter, Ondi. She was survived by her fiancée, her daughter, Ondi Grucza, two sisters, Cheryl Rettman and Judy Helferrich and one brother, John Krantz. She is also survived by two nieces, Tina Borgia and Tammy Sherman and three nephews, D.J. Rettman, Josh Helferrich and Theo Krantz. A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
