Ralph R. Losak, Jr., age 42, of Erie, passed away Sunday, August 19, 2012, at Millcreek Community Hospital. Born in Erie on July 29, 1970, he was a son of the late Ralph R. and Betty L. (Whyel) Losak. He was a 1988 graduate of McDowell High School, where he played hockey, and attended Duquesne University. He worked as a machinist and CNC Operator. Ralph was a fan of the Cleveland Browns and Ohio State football teams, and enjoyed fishing. He was a past officer at American Legion Post 773. Survivors include his wife, Susan (Mulholland) Losak; three children, Philip, Morgan and Casey Losak, all of Erie; two sisters, Kimberly Connelly, husband Jeffrey, of Erie, and Cynthia Losak, of Berea, Ohio; a nephew, Taylor Connelly; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Family and friends may call at Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1595 West 38th Street at Greengarden Boulevard, Friday from 6 p.m. until a service at 8 p.m., with Rev. John Detisch, officiating.
