Elaine Marie Billings, 74, of East Center Street passed away Friday, September 28, 2012 at her home. She was born February 25, 1938 in Erie, Pa., the daughter of Charles and Sarah Jane "Sally" (Cole) Reynolds and had been an Ashtabula County resident since 1986. Prior to her retirement, she worked as a press operator for Premix for many years. Always happiest when outdoors, she enjoyed feeding the birds, bird watching, and gardening. Her Sundays were usually spent cheering for the Cleveland Browns with friends. Her survivors include two sons, Dennis (Debbie) Billings and Greg Billings, both of Longmont, Colo.; two sisters, Carol Hansen of Phoenix, Ariz. and Elizabeth "Betty" Smulik of Erie, Pa.; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Charles Reynolds, Jr., Milton Reynolds, and Gary Reynolds; one sister, Marty Pike; and her parents. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Friday, October 5, 2012 from 4-8 p.m.at the family property on Eagley Road, East Springfield, Pa.
