Thomas W. Grayson, 74, 441 W. 3rd St., passed away on Saturday, September 29, 2012 at Select Specialty Hospital. He was born on February 26, 1938 in Thomasville, Ala. to the late Earl and Adline Evans Grayson. He was a resident of Erie for over 55 years and was employed at the former A-1 Automotive. He was a member of Morning Star Baptist Church. Thomas was a constant supporter of the Feed the Children program. He enjoyed gardening, cooking and loved spending time with his family. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his former wife, Curtis Coleman; three brothers, Earl Grayson, Jr., Tom Grayson, Matthew Grayson; and three sisters, Carrie B. Curry, Dicie M. Folk, Mildred Tarver. He leaves to cherish his memory a special niece, Wilma Nixson and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, October 4, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Morning Star Baptist Church, 327 E. 23rd St. A service will follow at 1 p.m. Interment in Lakeside Cemetery. Funeralization by House of Law, 9406 Frankstown Rd., Pittsburgh, Pa.
