Charles E. "Chuck/Chazzo" Braggins, age 60, of Erie died Sunday, October 7, 2012 at Saint Vincent Health Center after a brief illness. Arrangements are being handled by the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, and will be announced Wednesday.
