Margaret E. "Marge" Conyngham, age 87, of Erie, died at Sarah A. Reed Retirement Center, Monday, March 25, 2013. Born in Erie, June 4, 1925, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Carrie (Hawkins) Conyngham. Marge was active in Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, where she was a member and Eucharistic Minister. She made Cursillo #146. She had worked for United Atkinsons for over six years, Eriez Magnetics for ten years and retired from the Manufacturer's Association of N.W. Pennsylvania in 1990, where she was Manager of Administrative Services for over 19 years. Marge was a member of a sharing group and enjoyed doing volunteer work. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Florence C. Graney; two brothers, John T. and Thomas A. Conyngham. Survivors include a sister, Carol Ann Conyngham, of Erie and a brother Richard W. Conyngham, wife Grace, of Raleigh, N.C. Numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and great, great-nieces and great, great-nephews also survive. Friends are invited to call at Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1595 W. 38th St., at Greengarden Blvd., Tuesday from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m., and to attend prayers there Wednesday at 11:30 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass, at St. Joseph Church/Bread of Life Community at 12 o'clock.
