Peggy Sue Buterbaugh, age 54, passed away at her home, 16421 Maple Drive, Saegertown, Pa. on Wednesday, April 17, 2013. Born on July 25, 1958 in Erie, Pa., Peggy is the daughter of Eleanor Farver Ball and the late Harry C. Ball. Spending her childhood in Findley Lake, N.Y., she graduated from Clymer High School with the Class of 1976. On February 28, 1985 she married Tom D. Buterbaugh and they lived in Edinboro before relocating to Saegertown in 2004. Peggy was a member of Hillcrest Church of the Nazarene in Edinboro where she served on the Church Board as a steward. She was a member of the Pioneer Steam and Gas Engine Society and served as a director from 2006 until 2012. She also was a committee member of the Meadville Relay for Life and a member of French Creek Valley Engine Club. Peggy enjoyed gardening and canning, showing her Allis Chalmers tractors with her husband, Tom, and hosting family dinners and get togethers. Surviving Peggy in addition to her husband, Tom and her mother, Eleanor Ball, is a daughter - Deanna S. Konetsky and her husband, Jeremiah of Saegertown and a son - Michael E. Buterbaugh of Saegertown; a stepdaughter- Tina M. Holmes and her husband, Bob of Erie; a stepson - Tom D. Buterbaugh, Jr. and his wife, Patty of Wattsburg; a stepdaughter - Carrie Jo Bednaro and her husband, Larry of Harborcreek; three grandsons - Ronald Demchak of Harborcreek; Tommy D. Buterbaugh, III of Wattsburg; Daniel Buterbaugh of Wattsburg; and a grand daughter - Ashley Buterbaugh of Wattsburg; two brothers - Jeffrey Ball and his wife, Holly of French Creek, N.Y. and Brent Ball and his wife, Christy of Findley Lake, N.Y. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
