Marjorie Yokom Haag, age 83, of North East, died on Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at her son's, home after a lengthy illness.
She was born on October 7, 1930, in Westfield, N.Y., to the late Fred J. and Fern E. Raynor Yokom.
Marjorie was formerly employed as a nurses aid at Ball Pavilion, since 1978, and recently retired in 2011.
She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed the companionship of her dog, Trixie.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Haag; a son, Harry Foster, Jr.; granddaughter, Renee Foster; nephew, William G. Martin; and brothers, Richard F. and Ronald J. Yokom.
Marjorie is survived by her sons, Gary Foster (Lynn) of North East and Dr. Terry A. Haag (Jenn) of Tampa, Fla.; a daughter, Judy Colburn (Joe) of State College, Pa.; sisters, Shirley Martin of Girard, Ohio and Janice Ballew of North East; brothers, Robert E. Yokom (Sheila) and Clifford Yokom (Carolyn), both of Ripley; 21 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake Street, North East, on Saturday, at noon, until the time of a Celebration of Life Service at 1:00 p.m., at the funeral home. Officiating the service is Rev. Rick Maas. Private interment will be at Grahamville Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the
