Lillian Kubeja passed away on Friday, March 21, 2014; daughter of the late Joseph and Virginia Kubeja.
Lillian retired after 29 years of service with the City of Erie as secretary in various departments. After retirement she enjoyed traveling. She possessed a warm and tolerant nature, with a legion of friends who admired her forbearance and quiet disposition.
Lillian preferred to be remembered as she lived rather than mourning her passing.
Survivors include many cousins.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Luke Church, 421 East 38th Street. Burial will be private in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
