Mary Lou Brown, age 86, of Erie, died Tuesday, April 15, 2014, at Millcreek Manor. She was born July 25, 1927, in West Virginia, a daughter of the late William and Estelle Baker Longstreth, and had resided in the Erie area for most of her life.

Mary Lou had been employed by Keystone Laundry for many years, prior to her retirement. She had attended First Assembly of God Church on Oliver Road.

The widow of Homer K. Brown, she was also preceded in death by an infant daughter, Jean Marie; three brothers, Jack (infant brother), Robert and Eckert Longstreth.

Mary Lou is survived by two daughters, Betty L. Pencille (Oscar), Debra A. Parsons (Steven), all of Edinboro; grandchildren, Jamie Pencille (Sandy), Eckert Pencille; two great-grandchildren, Jeremiah and Josey Pencille; two sisters, three brothers, and several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Dusckas Funeral Home, Inc., 2607 Buffalo Rd., on Thursday from 11 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service there at 1 p.m., conducted by Nick Titus. Interment will be in Phillipsville Union Cemetery.
