Therese A. (Zdunski) Sedlock, age 82, passed away Thursday, June 5, 2014, at Elmwood Gardens. Born in Erie on March 24, 1932, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Sophie (Arasimowicz) Zdunski.

Therese was a 1950 graduate of Villa Maria Academy, and had worked at the Erie Diocesan Chancery Office, as secretary to Archbishop John Mark Gannon. She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Church, where she served as a Eucharistic Minister, and was a longtime volunteer at both the church and school. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially at her lake cottage and around the holidays, and attending her grandchildren's sporting events.

Her husband, John J. Sedlock, preceded her in death in 2004.

Survivors include three daughters, Anne DeSarro and Kathy Geanous, husband Mike, all of Erie, and Patti Walling, husband Mike, of Riverside, California; a son, David Sedlock, M.D., wife Meredith Vivona, of Phoenix, Arizona; and five grandchildren, Kiah and Jon DeSarro, Jacob, Alex and Nicole Geanous; and two brothers, Joseph Zdunski, wife Andie, and Robert Nieratko, wife Gayanne, all of Erie.

Friends may call Sunday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m., at Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1595 West 38th Street, at Greengarden Boulevard, and may attend a prayer service there Monday at 10:30 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass at Blessed Sacrament Church, at 11 o'clock. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
