Darlene M. (Musil) King, age 64, of Erie, passed away Saturday, July 12, 2014, at Golden Living Center - Western Reserve. She was born in San Francisco, July 5, 1950, the daughter of the late Leland and Rosalind (Guardino) Musil.

She was an executive secretary for her husband and later the head cashier for Linens-N-Things. She enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a "mom" to many of her children's friends.

She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Dennis D. King; two sons, Jon M. King, wife, Julia, and Daniel D. King, U.S. Navy; two brothers, Ron Gabbani, wife, Sheron and Philip Musil, wife, Madeleine; two grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

There will be no public visitation or services. Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1595 W. 38th St., is handling arrangements.
