Scott C. Hall, age 50, of Harborcreek Twp., passed away at his residence on Thursday, August 14, 2014, following a long battle with cancer. He was born in Erie on January 1, 1964, a son of James and Dolores Hall of Harborcreek Twp.

Scott was a 1982 graduate of Cathedral Preparatory School and a 1986 graduate of Clarion University. He was employed as a salesman for J.J. Powell based out of Phillipsburg, Pa. Scott was an accomplished, record holding wrestler who also enjoyed fishing, water sports, and was a car enthusiast. He was the wrestling coach at Clearfield Elementary School for 10 years, where he made a huge impact in the success of the program.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Teresa Wingerter Hall; two children, Scott A. Hall (Young Mi) of DuBois, Pa. and Shawn A. Hall of Clearfield, Pa.; one step-son, Mick O'Laughlin; two grandchildren, Shawn and Sophia Hall; one sister, Brenda Hillberry (Brad) of Grove City, Pa.; one brother, Keith Hall (Alisa) of Erie; and nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his first wife, Marsha Triponey Hall and one brother, Richard Hall.

Friends will be received at the Dusckas Funeral Home, Inc., 2607 Buffalo Rd., Erie, on Monday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of a Memorial Service to be conducted there at 6:00 p.m. by the Rev.
