Mr. Link- To one of the best teachers and men in the Fairview School District. A large man with intimidating presence, however, gentle and never knew of him losing his patience or temper, even when someone screwed around. Between Mr. Y and him a true dynamic duo. My condolences to his family with their great loss.

To the Linkoski family,
I also was a student of Mr. Link, and he along with "Mr. Y" encouraged many, many students to further their science education during those middle school years, when we weren't sure about anything!! His class was not an easy class, but the way he taught and the hands on learning made it easier.
Teachers have the opportunity to touch so many lives, mold minds, and get their students to know more about themselves then they thought they could. Mr. Link succeeded at every level!!
I still remember many of the local area bird slides that we had to memorize and I think about those slides every time I see birds around the feeders. He was such an inspiration to many. May he rest in peace.

To the Linkowski family,
I am sorry for your loss. As you know, Mr. Link was an inspiring teacher. I fondly remember dissecting cow eyes in his class. Now I am an anatomy teacher, and tell my students about Mr. Link each year when we dissect cow eyes. He has touched so many lives, what a great man.

To The Linkoski Family: I had "Mr. Link" in the late 60's at Fairview High and knew him personally from tending to "Uncle Jack's (Oldenburg)" property on Curtze Drive. Link was a very inspirational teacher and was quite influential in my choice of career and its success. Our heartfelt sympathies go to you during this difficult time. Mr. Linkoski, THANK YOU and I hope you are now enjoying teaching the Angels about life on Earth and are now learning the science of Heaven and about the mysteries of Creation.

I am sorry to hear of your loss. He was a great teacher. His class was my last class of the day. And he would call my name every so often with about five minutes left of class. And he would say "do you know the answer" I would say no. And he would say 'Look what time it is, five minutes left of school and your gonna learn something new.' I will always remember him.
