Rosemarie Pruzenski Pacuraw, 68, of Erie passed away on Friday, May 4, 2012. She was born July 14, 1943, in Erie, daughter of the late Michael and Rose (Donikowski) Pruzenski. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed bingo, baking, gardening , flowers, traveling, golfing, bowling and cooking. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Michael Pruzenski. Survivors include her husband, John Pacuraw with whom she would have celebrated her 50th anniversary in September, two daughters, Annette Ernst, and Deborah Snyder, a brother, Raymond Pruzenski (Bea) and a sister Florence Duchnowski all of Erie. Also survived by six grandchildren, Jamie Hesselschwardt (Trey) of Fort Campbell, Ky., Michael Ernst, Jr. (Katie), Christopher Ernst, John Ernst, Megan Silay and Matthew Silay all of Erie, and two great-grandchildren, Kameryn Ernst of Erie and Jones Hesselschwardt of Fort Campbell, Ky. She is also survived by a special cousin-in-law, Ceil Connors of Erie. Relatives and friends may call at the Edward J. Garr Funeral Home, 459 East 12th Street, Erie, PA 16503, Monday from 9:00 AM until the time of services at 9:40 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at St. Stanislaus Church.
