Cecelia H. Mayercak Armour, age 98, of Wesleyville, passed away on Friday, December 28, 2012, at Ball Pavilion at Brevillier Village. She was born July 30, 1914, in Greenville, Pa., the daughter of the late John and Anna Sirko Mayercak. Cecelia moved to Wesleyville in 1947. She was a member of St. James R.C. Church, Erie Women's Bowling Association, Cardiac Fitness Club, P.T.A., Wesleyville High School Music Boosters, "Mom's Club" and St. James Senior Citizens' Club. She worked at the voting polls at the Wesleyville Borough Hall for many years, and also enjoyed working at the St. James Summer Festival. Cecelia was the wife of the late Lawrence Armour, whom she married in 1940. She is survived by a daughter, Kathleen Sikora and her husband John, of Harborcreek; a son, Robert Armour and his wife Karen, of Millcreek; three grandchildren, Kalle Armour Kula, and her husband Timothy, of Cambridge Springs, Gregory Sikora, of Erie, Mark Sikora and his wife, Maggie, of Pittsburgh; two great-granddaughters, Brylee Elizabeth Kula and Molly Kathleen Sikora; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Hassey, and a brother, John Mayercak. Friends may call at the Dusckas Funeral Home, Inc., East, 2607 Buffalo Road, on Sunday, from 3 to 6 p.m., and are invited to attend a Prayer Service there, on Monday, at 9:30 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, at St. James R.C.
