Dillion Thomas "Bobo" Burns, age 18, of Erie passed away Tuesday, January 1, 2013. He was born in Erie on August 15, 1994, the son of Denae Burns and the late Thomas "T.J." Burns. Dillion was a junior at East High School. He was an excellent artist, an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, loved dragons, and enjoyed fishing and singing. Dillion will be remembered by his family and friends for his laughter and being a comedian. "Bobo" was known for having a lot of cute phrases, including one he would say when leaving the house, "Duces, Peace Out". Besides his mother, Dillion is survived by one brother, Michael Nelli, Sr.; two sisters, Thomasina and Joveana Burns; his stepfather, Leonard Sobolewski; his grandparents, Antionette Burns and Jerome McCarthy; two nieces, Malaya and GiovaninaNelli; two nephews, MichaleNelli, Jr. and Lavon T. Burns; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jennie McCarthy Palilla and Thomas Raymond Burns, Sr. Friends may call at the Dusckas Funeral Home, Inc., West, 536 West 10th Street, on Saturday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. until the time of the Funeral Service there at 8 p.m. Private interment will be held.
