Jack Roehm, age 52, of Erie died at UPMC Hamot Sunday, January 20, 2013. Born in Erie on September 16, 1960 he was the son of Virginia Gray Roehm and the late Ralph Emerson Roehm. He went to St. Peter's grade school and graduated from Strong Vincent High School. Jack worked as a Correctional Officer for the Erie County Prison. Jack was a great Dallas Cowboy fan and enjoyed checking up on his only daughter; she was always his main concern. In addition to his father, Jack was preceded in death by his brother Robert in 2012. In addition to his mother, Jack is survived by his daughter, Victoria Ann "Peanut" Roehm; his sister Margaret "Peaches" Lamary; his sister-in-law, Patricia Roehm; nephew, George Lamary (Melissa), nieces, Tammy Toman (Jeremy), Kimberly Williams (Robert), Tina Lamary, all of Erie; and Jenny Jane Roehm Jones (Julian), of Torrance, CA. He is further survived by his beloved cat, Alien and his dog Mocha Lou. Friends may call at the Burton Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 602 West 10th Street on Wednesday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and are invited to attend services there on Thursday at 11a.m. Send condolences at www.Burtonfuneralhome.com.
