Thelma Kozloff Davis, age 99, of Erie passed away Monday, February 18, 2013 at Manchester Presbyterian Lodge. She was born July 12, 1913 in Cokeburg, Pa. the daughter of the late John and Helen Mox Kozloff. Thelma was a longtime resident of Vestaburg, Pa. and belonged to their Senior Citizen's Center. She moved to Erie in 1990 and was an active member of the Russian Orthodox Church of the Nativity. She enjoyed entertaining family and friends and was a wonderful cook and homemaker. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Davis; a daughter, Loretta Davis; a granddaughter, Laura Davis O'Connell; a sister, Alexandra (Sandra) Petroff; five brothers, Metro, John, Mike, Steve, and Wallace Kozloff. Thelma is survived by two sons, Harry Davis, Jr. and his wife Grace of Beaverton, Ore. and Ivan Davis of Las Vegas, Nev. She is also survived by three grandchildren; a brother, Alexander Kozloff of Calif., and several nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to call at the Russian Orthodox Church of the Nativity, 251 East Front St. Thursday from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. and are invited to attend Funeral Services there Friday at 8:30 a.m. Burial will be in St. John the Divine Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Church's Endowment Fund. Arrangements by the John J. Quinn Funeral Home, West 9th & Liberty St.
