Margaret Ann "Peggy" Sargent, 53 of McKean Twp., died Saturday, May 18, 2013 following injuries received in a automobile-motorcycle accident. She was born in Erie February 13, 1960, a daughter of Charles E. "Carl" Smisko of McKean and the late Gladys M. (Jones) Smisko. Peggy graduated from General McLane High School in 1978 and worked at Yates Plastics in Erie for over 25 years. She had also worked at Accuspec Electronics and was currently employed at Airborne in Lake City. She was a member of the Draketown Christian Church, a social member of the Edinboro-McKean VFW Post #740, Fairview American Legion and St. Francis Usher Club. She enjoyed riding her Harley Davidson "Sportster" with her friends whenever possible. She was preceded in death by her mother, Gladys (Jones) Smisko on May 23, 2004. She will be greatly missed by her family, which in addition to her father includes, three sisters, Theresa M. Welsh of Albion, Rose Mary Habas of Girard, Ruth Ann "Babe" Mason and Chris of Edinboro; her brother, Charles "Chip" Smisko and Julie Tognoli of Allentown, Pa.; her very close friends, David J. Daniels of Albion and his children Josh Daniels of Corry and Shelby Daniels of Fla. also several nieces, nephews, cousins and one great niece. Friends are invited to Memorial hours on Wednesday from 5 p.m. until the time of a Memorial Service at 8 p.m. at Edder Funeral Home, Inc., 309 Main St. East, Girard. Rev. Ron D.
