Lori S. Ferraro, age 42, of Erie, died Sunday, January 5, 2014 at her residence.
She was born in Erie on June 28, 1971, a daughter of Theodore R. Ferrara, and the late Mary M. Lewis Ferraro.
Lori graduated from Technical Memorial High School.
She was involved in the Special Olympics and Girl Scouts.
Lori loved animals, especially cats and birds. She enjoyed Welch's Sparkling Grape Juice, coffee, and visiting family and friends.
Survivors include her daughter Lori Sophia Ferraro, her father Theodore R. Ferrara and his wife Dorothy, her brothers Theodore R. Ferraro, Jr. and his fiancée Jennifer Recknor of Edinboro, and Tony J. Ferraro and his wife Tina of Erie, Theodore R. Ferrara, III "Butch" and his wife Lacy of Pine Grove, Pa.; sisters Anna Ferrara and Myra Ferrara, originally from Erie.
Friends are invited to call at the Burton Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., on Thursday from 1 until the time of service at 2 p.m., with Chaplain Dennis Chludzinski officiating.
Memorials may be made to the family, in Lori's memory, c/o Burton Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 602 West 10th Street, Erie, PA 16502.
