Russ was always Mr. Bubba to me. He was a youth advisor of our youth organization when I was young and was a man I deeply respected. He was always there to help and assist and was a tremendous political supporter. When I moved inti his neighborhood he would drive by our house and stop to talk. He will be missed and my sympathy to Mrs. Bubba and the family
