Shawn my dear grandson, I am going to miss you so much. You were my buddy. I don't know how many times you would just show up at my house to just hang out with your grandma and grandpa. you were such a kind person with a kind soul. I am going to miss the joking around that you always did. You loved your brother and your sisters and cousins very much and they loved you immensely. You will always live in my heart just like your 2 sisters that are now with you. This is not good-bye. This is see you later, buddy. We now have another guardian angel in heaven to look over us. I love you and will miss you so much. Grandma

I've hung out with Shawn many of times and we've shared many deep and meaningful conversations. He was so easy to talk to and was always a goof ball when we hung out. No matter what the situation, Shawn could always get me smiling. He always spoke so highly of his friends and family, I know he adored them with all of his heart. I never once saw anything but pure love and kindness come from him! My heart goes out to his family at this time. I was lucky enough to meet them a few times and I send them my deepest sympathy. Shawn, you will be missed more than words can even begin to explain. I await the day I can see you again face to face!
