Arthur H. Fletcher

LITTLESTOWN Arthur H. Fletcher, 81, formerly of Baltimore, Md., died Wednesday, November 6, 2013, at his home. He was the husband of Lynn (Livington) Fletcher. Born July 8, 1932, in Winchester, Va., he was the son of the late Walter O. and Susie (Buckwalter) Fletcher. Arthur served in the Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He was retired from Westinghouse of Baltimore since 1992, after 37 years of employment. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are three daughters, Lois E. Begly and husband, Kenny of Union Mills, Md., Tracie Lynn Fabre and husband, Alex of McSherrystown, and Tanya S. Weber and husband, Mark of Littlestown; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and sister, Juanita Bosley of Pasadena, Md. Arthur was predeceased by brother, Julian Fletcher. He was a member of Bethel Assembly of God, Littlestown. Arthur loved his God, his country and his family. Funeral service is Monday at 11 a.m. at his church with his minister, the Rev. Garry Sheaffer, officiating. The family will receive friends 9:30 to 11 a.m. Monday at church. Interment is in Mount Carmel Cemetery, Littlestown, with flag folders provided by Littlestown Allied Veterans Council.
