Glen C. Strausbaugh

LITTLESTOWN Glen C. Strausbaugh, 81, entered into God's eternal care Wednesday, November 14, 2012, at the York Hospital. Glen was the loving husband of Genevieve A. (Barnhart) Strausbaugh, to whom he was married for 60 years. Born January 13, 1931, in Berwick Township, Adams County, Glen was the son of the late John H. and Mamie (Becker) Strausbaugh. Mr. Strausbaugh was employed by PWI of New Oxford where he worked as a foreman until his retirement in January of 1991. Glen served his country proudly in the United States Army during the Korean War. In addition to his loving wife, Genevieve, Glen is survived by his two daughters, Linda S. Rinehart of Hanover, and Sharon D. Crouse and her husband, Edward L., Jr. of Littlestown; his grandson, Brad Strausbaugh and his wife, Jessica of Hanover; his three great-grandchildren, Callie, Boden, and Shepard Strausbaugh; and his brother, Earl T. Strausbaugh of Littlestown. He was preceded in death by his two brothers and three sisters. A funeral service will be held 7:30 p.m. Monday, November 19, 2012, at the Kenworthy Funeral Home, Inc., 269 Frederick St., Hanover 17331 with the Rev. Philip K. Nace officiating. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. A viewing and time to share memories with the family will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
