 MOHNTON David L. Robertson, 77, formerly of Littlestown and currently of Mohnton, died Wednesday morning, July 25, 2012, in West Earl Twp, Lancaster County, as a result of an auto accident. He was the widower of Carol A. (Mathias) Robertson who died in 1984 and Mary E. (Harner) Robertson who died in 2003. Born October 4, 1934, in Winfield, Md., he was the son of the late Edgar and Grace (Pickett) Robertson. He attended Westminster High School. He was retired from Dairyman of Sykesville as a service technician and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. Dave is survived by two sons, Warren A. Robertson and wife, Martha, of Doylestown and Steven M. Robertson and wife, Robin, of Mohnton with whom Dave resided; a daughter Brenda A. Utz and husband, Ronald, of Littlestown; seven grandchildren; five brothers, Jonnie, Raymond, and Harold Robertson, all of Westminster, Md., Vernon Robertson of Taneytown, Md., and Allen Robertson of Ga.; two sisters, Charlotte Calhoun and Alice Hawkins, both of Westminster, Md. In addition to his wives, Dave was also predeceased by a son, Wayne D. Robertson; and a brother, James Robertson. Dave loved camping at Riverband Park Falling Water, W.Va.; doing crossword puzzles and yard work; and coffee and cookies. Funeral Service is Tuesday, July 31, 2012, at 11:30 a.m. at Little's Funeral Home, Littlestown with Pastor Timothy J. Kielley, of New Hope Faith Community Church, Littlestown, officiating. Visitation is 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Funeral Home. Interment is in Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Finksburg. Pallbearers will be his grandchildren, Grant, Justine, Aundrea, Aaron and Derek Robertson and Brooke Mullhausen. Memorials in Dave's name may be sent to: Rescue Me!
