HANOVER Debra C. Eyer-Scott, 58, entered into God's eternal care Monday, July 21, 2014, at the Hanover Hospital. She was the loving wife of the late Robert R. Scott. Born June 27, 1956, in Hanover, she was the daughter of Vivian M.E. (Shull) Luckenbaugh and the late Albert L. Luckenbaugh, Sr. Debra was a self-employed cosmetologist and make-up artist. She worked for Clayton Nelson and the Click Model Management Company of Philadelphia and New York. Debra was an artist, poet, and humanitarian, often looking out for the area homeless. In addition to her mother, Debra is survived by three children, Karissa C. Foltz of Hanover, Branden S. Eyer of Hanover, and Caitlin V.C. Eyer of Abbottstown; five grandchildren, Bradley, Dallas, Elizabeth, Hudson, and Harmanie; one brother, Albert L. Luckenbaugh, Jr. of York; and her companion and friend, Stephen W. Eyer. She was preceded in death by one brother, Clyde B. Luckenbaugh. Following cremation a memorial service will be held 6 p.m. Monday, July 28, 2014, at the Kenworthy Funeral Home, Inc., 269 Frederick St., Hanover, with her daughter, Karissa C. Foltz, officiating.
