GLENVILLE Donald L. Gouker, 79, entered into God's eternal care Friday, June 21, 2013, at the Hanover Hospital, Hanover, with his loving family by his side. He was the loving husband of Mildred Jean (Crowl) Gouker, with whom he shared over 58 years of marriage. Born November 26, 1933, in York, he was the son of the late Bernice Gouker. Donald served his country proudly in the United States Navy. He retired from Black & Decker in 1988 after many years of service. Donald was a member of the American Legion Post #114 of Hanover, and the VFW Post 6918 of Harney, Md. In addition to his loving wife, Mildred, Donald is survived by three sons, William R. Gouker of Glenville, Daniel L. Gouker of Littlestown, and Timothy C. Gouker of Hanover; 10 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren. A small service to celebrate and remember Donald will be held 3 p.m. Sunday, July 7, 2013, at Bay City Restaurant, 110 Eisenhower Drive, Hanover, with hors d'oeuvres to follow.
