GLENVILLE Frank J. "Mac" McFalls, 75, entered into God's eternal care on Monday, July 8, 2013 at home. He was the loving husband for 51 years of Roberta K. "Bobbi" (Edwards) McFalls. Born May 13, 1938, in Lancaster, he was a son of Evelyn C. (Miller) McFalls of Lititz and the late Frank J. McFalls. Frank was a 1956 graduate of McCaskey High School, Lancaster. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1956 to 1960. Following his time served in the Navy, Frank obtained his Bachelor of Science in Education from Millersville University, PA in 1968 and his Master of Education in Counseling from Shippensburg University, PA in 1973. Frank is best known in the Hanover community for his 31 years of service to the Hanover Public School District as a history teacher, guidance counselor, and coach; his 20 years of service as a Seasonal Park Ranger at Codorus State Park; and his loyal service as an active member of Grace United Methodist Church. In his leisure time, Frank enjoyed traveling with his wife, attending his grandchildren's activities, and spending time with friends. He also enjoyed reading books, watching western movies, playing golf and poker, coaching high school track, and supporting several church initiatives. Known as a loving man and a devoted friend who enjoyed life, his warm smile, caring hand, and willing ear will be dearly missed by all. In addition to his loving wife Bobbi and mother Evelyn, Frank is survived by four children, Frank J. McFalls and his wife, Sherri, Mechanicsville, Md., Patrick D. McFalls and his wife, Valerie, New Oxford, Michael S. McFalls and his wife, Kara, Glenville and Michelle M. Elliott and her husband, Michael, California, Md.; 15 grandchildren, Frank J. McFalls, Christin McFalls, Dakota McFalls, Hunter McFalls, Nikki Miller, Tanya Tanner, Luke McFalls, Brittany McFalls, Kowan McFalls, Star McFalls, Dylan McFalls, Emma McFalls, Dana McFalls, Max Elliott, Madi Elliott; eight great-grandchildren, SidaleeMcFalls, Brianna Rosado, Noel Gonzales, Gia Gonzales, Keara Miller, Nolan Mickley, Easton Tanner and Trent Tanner; two brothers, Charles E. McFalls and his wife, Davene, Lancaster and John J. McFalls and his wife, Agnes, Lancaster; and a number of nieces and nephews and grandnieces and nephews. Frank was preceded into heaven by his granddaughter, Chelsea M. McFalls, New Oxford. A memorial service celebrating the life of Frank J. "Mac" McFalls will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 13, 2013, at Grace United Methodist Church, 55 Albright Dr., Hanover, with Rev. Richard D. Smith officiating. Following the service, full military honors will be provided by the Hanover Allied Veterans Honor Guard on the premises of the church. The family will then receive friends at a reception to be held in the church multi-purpose room following the military honors. Burial will be private in Conestoga Memorial Park, Lancaster.
