HANOVER Myrtle V. Fick, 94, entered into God's eternal care, Sunday, December 30, 2012, at the Brethren Home Community. Born December 29, 1918, in York County, she was the daughter of the late Charles V. and Cora Ada (Krout) Ensor. Myrtle worked many years at the Revonah Spinning Mill and as a waitress at various Hanover restaurants. Myrtle enjoyed cooking, shopping, gardening and especially enjoyed spending time with her family. Myrtle is survived by four children, Ray Johnson of Falling Water, WV, Gloria (Johnson) Staub of Hanover, Shirley (Johnson) Crowl of Fawn Grove, and Penny (Ackerman) Rostamali of Hanover; nine grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by four siblings and three spouses. Funeral services to celebrate and remember Myrtle will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, January 3, 2013, at The Nicarry Meetinghouse, 2990 Carlisle Pike, New Oxford, with Rev. Kathryn Pfaltzgraff officiating. Burial will be in Paradise (Hotlzchwamm) Union Cemetery, Thomasville. A viewing and time to share memories with the family will be held from 9:30 to 10 a.m. Wednesday, January 3, 2013, at the Nicarry Meetinghouse.
