BEL AIR, MD Viola R. Ingram, 91, of Bel Air, Md., and formerly of Hanover, passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2013, at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, Bel Air, Md. Born August 15, 1922, in Biglerville, she was the daughter of the late Clarence E. and Pauline E. (Miller) Cool. She was the wife of the late Dallas E. Ingram who died June 7, 1980. Viola was a member of Mt. Carmel Lutheran Church, Hanover. She retired from Black & Decker of Hampstead, Md., following several years of service. Prior to this, she was employed by the former Doubleday of Hanover. Viola is survived by her daughters, Nancy L. Ashlaw of Bel Air, Md., and Linda Barwick of Hampstead, Md.; her five grandchildren, Cathy Barwick, Karen Gann, Danielle Freburger, Amy Barwick, and Timothy Barwick; her twelve great-grandchildren; her five great-great-grandchildren; her brother, Edward Cool of Hanover, and her sister, Mabel Garrett of Hanover. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Patricia Casper; and her brothers, Norman Cool, John Cool and Guy Cool. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, October 28, 2013, at the Kenworthy Funeral Home, Inc., 269 Frederick St., Hanover, PA, with the Rev. David L. DeLong officiating. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hanover. A viewing will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday, October 27, 2013, at the funeral home. Serving as casketbearers will be Brian Barwick, Sr., Brian Barwick, Jr., Nicholas Barwick, Timothy Barwick, Joshua Ross and R.C. Gann. Memorial contributions in memory of Viola may be made to the , Harrisburg PA Office, 3544 N. Progress Avenue, Suite 101, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
