HANOVER Rodney J. Miller, 56, died Friday, February 28, 2014, at the Hershey Medical Center. Rodney was born September 3, 1957, in Gettysburg, the son of the late Elwood M. and Janet Ethel (Keefer) Miller. Rodney loved the outdoors enjoying bicycling, hunting, fishing, kayaking, and traveling. He was a landscaper who took pride in his work. He was a member of the Fraternal Oder of the Eagles in Hanover and the Republican Club of Hanover. He enjoyed playing softball. Rodney is survived by a daughter, Kelli M Myers and her husband, Donnie of East Berlin; two grandsons, Brady and Brock Myers of East Berlin; a brother, Marshall L. Miller and his wife, Barb of Gettysburg; a sister, Deborah K. Koontz and her husband, Don of Fairfield; and several nieces and nephews. Following cremation, a memorial gathering will be held Friday, March 7, 2014, from 6 to 8 p.m. from the Feiser Funeral Home, Inc., 302 Lincolnway West, New Oxford.
