HANOVER Cletus Luther Hull, Jr., 77, passed peacefully on Wednesday, July 30, 2014, at Belair Health and Rehabilitation Center, Lower Burrell, Pa. Born September 6, 1936, in Hanover, he was the son of the late Cletus L. Hull, Sr. and Relda Ellen (Nace) Hull. Cletus graduated Hanover High School in 1954. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Hull was employed for a number of years with Bethlehem Mines and later became owner-operator of Stambaugh Auto Parts, Hanover, from 1976 to 2002. He was a former member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ of New Oxford. Mr. Hull is survived by three sons, Cletus Hull III and his wife, Bridget of Saltsburg, Brian Hull and his wife, Teresa Faw-Hull of Nashville, Tenn., and Clark Hull of Spring Grove; sister, Doris Hetrick of Hanover; four grandchildren, Emily (Hull) Nogueira, Chaplin Hull, Rainer Hull, and Trent Hull; two great-grandchildren, Kaden and Gabrielle Nogueira. A service to celebrate the life of Cetus L. Hull, Jr. will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at Wetzel Funeral Home & Crematory, 549 Carlisle St., Hanover, with the Rev. Philip K. Nace officiating. A time to share memories with the family and an opportunity to view will be on Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m., and then again on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until the start of the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery. Full military honors will be conducted by Hanover Allied Veterans Honor Guard. Contributions in memory of Cletus L.
