ASPERS Charlotte B. Thomas, 83, died Thursday, November 15, 2012, at York Hospital. She was born Monday, December 24, 1928, in Menallen Twp., Adams Co., the daughter of the late Earl L. and Alda B. (Hoke) Knouse. Charlotte was formerly employed by Rebert's TV in Gettysburg for 25 years. She was a member of Wenksville United Methodist Church. Her husband, Walter C. Thomas, passed away in 1991. She is survived by four daughters, Barbara F. Fair of Collegeville, Patricia A. Black of Gettysburg, Deborah L. and husband, Earl Taylor of Aspers, and Martha E. and husband, Damian Hanson of Aspers; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two step great-grandchildren; and one brother, Richard Lee Knouse of Fayetteville. She was preceded in death by her brother, Ted Knouse. Professional services are being handled by Dugan Funeral Home, Inc., 111 S. Main St., Bendersville. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, November 19, at Dugan Funeral Home, with the Rev. James R. Speelman officiating. Interment will be in Bendersville Cemetery.
