WINDSOR, NY Joseph A. de Cheubell, 48, entered into God's eternal care Tuesday, January 15, 2013, at Barnes-Kasson Hospital in Susquehanna. Born August 8, 1964, in Hanover, he was the son of John F. de Cheubell of Biglerville and the late Mary Lou (Harman) Dehoff. Joe was employed at Balducci Bluestone in Windsor, N.Y. He was a 1982 graduate of Littlestown High School and a member of the McSherrystown Moose and Adams County A.B.A.T.E. Surviving, in addition to his father, is a daughter, Kelly Ann Luckenbaugh of Biglerville; a sister, Stacey Cook and her husband, David Cook Sr. of Littlestown; a niece, Stephanie Olvera; and nephew, David Cook Jr. He was preceded in death by twin brothers, Robert A. and William J. de Cheubell. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at Murphy Funeral Home, 501 Ridge Ave., McSherrystown, with Rev. Lawrence W. Sherdel officiating. Burial will follow in Annunciation Cemetery, McSherrystown. Friends and relatives will be received Friday 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home and Saturday 10 to 11 a.m. Contributions in memory of Joe may be made to the funeral home towards the funeral expenses.
