CHURCHVILLE Mildred (Millie) M. Feinberg was called home to be with God in Heaven, dying peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on March 24, 2013. Born January 27, 1925, in Reading, she was the daughter of the late August and Helen Klusewitz. She was lovingly devoted to her husband, Albert Feinberg, with whom she shared 47 years of marriage. Millie was also the loving mother of their daughters and sons-in-law, Joanne Wantz and husband, Robert of New Oxford and Deborah Underwood and husband, Daryl of Churchville; and granddaughters, Tami Rock and husband, Charles of Medford, N.J. and Heather Underwood and John of Tullytown. She was also the loving great-grandmother of Anastasia, Alexandra and Owen Rock. In addition to raising her family, Millie enjoyed sewing, gardening and playing her mandolin. Following the loss of her husband, she looked forward to extended visits with her daughter in New Oxford. During those visits, for 13 years, she served as a volunteer at Hanover Hospital. There she not only found purpose in helping out with countless projects, she found a "family" of cherished friends. Arrangements will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Hanover Hospital's Volunteer Services Department.
