HANOVER Treva K. Berwager, 80, entered into God's eternal care Friday, November 15, 2013, at the Hanover Hospital. Born March 31, 1933, in New Oxford, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Mabel (Rolland) Myers. Treva was the loving wife of the late Nelson L. Berwager who died July 6, 1981. Treva was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Hanover, where she was a Sunday School teacher for 22 years and was a volunteer with the Girl Scouts for many years. Treva enjoyed baking and spending time with her family. Treva is survived by three children, Jacqueline Tribby of Dover, Benjamin Berwager III of Hanover, and Judy Bealing of Littlestown; five grandchildren, Taylor Tribby, Krystal Bealing, Terner Tribby, Brandyn Berwager and Devon Berwager; one sister, Nadine Herrell of York New Salem; four brothers, Robert Myers of Abbottstown, Glenn Myers of Abbottstown, Larry Myers of Florida, and Roy Myers of Thomasville. She was preceded in death by one brother, Fred Myers. A service to celebrate and remember Treva's life will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, November 21, 2013, at the Kenworthy Funeral Home, Inc., 269 Frederick St., Hanover, PA with her pastor, the Rev. Peg Grzelkowski officiating. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hanover. A viewing and time to share memories with the family will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, November 20, 2013, at the funeral home. Serving as casketbearers will be Taylor Tribby, Terner Tribby, Dwayne Myers, Benjamin Berwager, Eric Russell, and Jerry McBride.
