Venerino "Frank" Morabito Obituary
ALMA - Venerino "Frank" Morabito, 80, of 5595 county Road 38 passed away on Friday (Nov. 29, 2013) at the Wellsville Manor Care Center with his family at his side.

He was born June 10, 1933, in Rochester the son of Sebastiano and Rosaria "Sarah" (Palazzolo) Morabito. On Aug. 17, 1957, in St. Mary's of the Lake Church in Watkins Glen, he married Barbara J. Raub, who survives.
 
Frank was a 1952 graduate of Edison Technical and Industrial High School in Rochester. He was a veteran of the Korean War, serving with the U.S. Air Force. He was the owner and operator of V.F.M. Refrigeration in Rochester until moving to Wellsville in 1979, where was self-employed until his retirement.
 
Surviving in addition to his wife are five daughters, Catherine (Garrett) Smith of Atlanta, Ga., Christine Morabito of Wellsville, Carolyn (John) Walsh, and Barbara Morabito, both of Rochester, and Susan (Steve) Chakmakjian of Fort Collins, Colo.; 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one sister, Santina Traino of Webster; as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by one brother, Venerino Morabito; one sister, Giochinna Morabito, and a son-in-law, Bret Farrow.
 
Friends are invited to call on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday from 10-10:30 a.m. at the J. W. Embser Sons Funeral Home Inc. in Wellsville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday (Dec. 4, 2013) at 11 a.m. in the Immaculate Conception Church in Wellsville. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Rochester.
