James Lynn "Jolly" Keller, 89 of rural Bartlesville died on Saturday April 6, 2013 at his home surrounded by his family.
Private Graveside Services will be held for Mr. Keller. Full Military honors will be presented at the graveside by members of the Bartlesville American Legion Post #105. Funeral Services and cremation arrangements were under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.

Mr. Keller was born October 11, 1923 at Nowata, Oklahoma; rumored to be on the golf course, to Howard Lynn and Mildred (Brown) Keller. He spent his young life in Nowata until moving to St. Louis, Missouri where he completed his education graduating from the University of Missouri in 1948 with a Bachelor Of Arts Degree in Journalism. He was married to Betty "Moose" Boefer at St. Louis, Missouri on July 4, 1948. He served in the U.S. Army Air Force as a Pilot during World War II
, from Feb. 15, 1943, attaining the rank of 2nd Lieutenant until his honorable discharge on October 1, 1945. Following his discharge from the service to our country he began his work career with Phillips Petroleum Company in the Marketing and Sales department in 1949, and where he worked until his retirement in August of 1985 as Marketing Executive. He was an avid Trout fisherman and was a member of the Bennett Springs Lunker Club and was an avid outdoorsman and racquetball player. He was especially fond of spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and with his best friend Chuck Taylor "All-Star", his bulldog.
Mr. Keller is survived by his wife Betty (Boefer) Keller affectionately known as "Moose", by one son, Dr. Khris L. Keller and wife Linda of Jenks, Oklahoma by two daughters Chedra Keller- Andrison and husband Dr. Mark Adrison of Bartlesville, and Gretchen K. Lee, of Norman Oklahoma, and by a sister Mrs. Nance Greenlee of St. Louis Missouri, and a sister-in-law Anne Keller of Ft. Collins Colorado, and a close family friend Rachel Livingston of Owasso ,by nine grandchildren Weston Billingsley JD., and wife Katherin, Rachel Cox and husband Trent, Dr. Ryan Keller and wife Brandy JD, Ryder Keller, Casey Keller, and Montana Keller, Kinsey Kudrna and husband Casey, Keever Lee, and Kassidy Lee, and eight great grandchildren; Hannah, Ella, Darby, Taverly, Tyneson, Grant, Georgia May, and Gwendolyn and 2 on the way, and by his best friend pet bulldog Chuck Taylor "All-Star". He was preceded in death by his parents Howard and Mildred Keller, by a brother Robert Keller, and by a Son-in-law Warren Lee.
