Janice Raye (Wickliffe) Cornelius, 64, of Copan, died at 2:30 A.M. on Thursday, June 6, 2013 at her home..
Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. on Monday, June 10, 2013 in the Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Paul Rummage of the Bartlesville Southern Baptist Church officiating. Interment will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery directed by the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.
The family will receive guests for visitation at the Stumpff Funeral Home on Sunday from 2 P.M. until 4 P.M.

Janice Raye Cornelius was born in Bartlesville, Oklahoma on July 21, 1948 the daughter of Dorothy (Hoover) and Raymond A. Wickliffe. She grew up in Dewey and attended Dewey Schools, graduating from Dewey High School in 1966. She attended Bartlesville Beauty College prior to her employment as a hairdresser. She also was employed as a receptionist at Hopper Realty and then was employed with Standard Pump. She was later employed at the Plaza National Bank and then she became the business office manager at Grisham Eye Associates where she remained employed until her illness forced her retirement. She has made her home in the Copan area since 1976 and was married to Michael Gene Cornelius on March 25, 2000. She and Mike were members of the Bartlesville Elk's Lodge and she was a previous member of the Dewey VFW
. She liked the outdoors, enjoyed boating, camping and traveling around the country.
Survivors include her husband, Michael Gene Cornelius of the home, one daughter, Keri Mullen and husband Steve of Oologah, Okla., one son, Kevin Rickman of Los Angeles, California, three step sons, Michael R. Cornelius of Copan, Jason Cornelius of Dallas, Texas and Dustin Cornelius of Tulsa, one step daughter, Tammy Hendrickson of Sachse, Texas, one sister Peggy Wickliffe of Bartlesville and one brother, Jack Wickliffe of Bartlesville, 16 grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Hope Evans and one brother, Denny Wickliffe.
