Mr. Joe Allen Bradley, 69, of Bartlesville, died at 6:10 P.M. on Monday October 15th at his home in Bartlesville.
Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday October 19th at the White Rose Cemetery in Bartlesville, with Rev. Mike McNair of the Labadie Heights Baptist Church, officiating and will be under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory. Full Military Honors will be presented at the Graveside by the James H. Teel American Legion Post #105, of the Bartlesville American Legion.
Pallbearers for Mr. Bradley will be his sons, and grandsons Mike Peoples, Tony Peoples, Michael Peoples, Dean Peoples, David Peoples, and Blaine Peoples. Honorary pallbearers will be Bobby Wills and Michael Welsh.

Mr. Bradley was born on June 9, 1943 at Bartlesville, Oklahoma to George Albert & Lois Irene (Pope) Bradley. He was raised and received his early education in Bartlesville, attending Bartlesville Public Schools. Following his education he entered the U.S. Army
National Guard in June of 1963, and served there until being called in to active duty on October 30, 1963 and he served in the Army during the Vietnam War
until his Honorable discharge on October 31, 1968. He was married to the former Mary Ann Wills on July 11th 1979 at Claremore, Oklahoma. They made their home in Bartlesville all of their married life where he was employed by the City of Bartlesville as an Operator in the Water Department for 27 years until his retirement in 2008. His hobbies included camping, fishing, and deer hunting, and spending time with his grandchildren and his family. He especially enjoyed playing Rummy, and beating his brother-in-law. He attended Labadie Heights Baptist Church in Bartlesville.
He is survived by his wife Mary Ann (Wills) Bradley of the home, by two sons Mike Peoples and his wife Tammy , and Tony Peoples and his wife Scarlet, both of Bartlesville, by his mother Mrs. Lois Irene Bradley of Bartlesville, five brothers, Jack Bradley, L.D. Bradley, Gary Bradley, Dennis Bradley, and Rick Bradley, all of Bartlesville, by three sisters Janice Trottingwolf of Bartlesville, Sheryl Maskrod of Missouri, and Sheila Kinsch of Broken Arrow, by nine grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his father George Albert Bradley and by a son Chris Willcut.
